1.3 While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeline, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.

2. Packaging
2.1 Our trained professionals will use their expertise to pack your belongings securely using appropriate materials and techniques.
2.2 Onsite Movers and Packers will not be responsible for any damage caused by improper or inadequate packaging on your part.

3. Insurance
3.1 Onsite Movers and Packers does not provide any type of insurance coverage for your belongings during the shipping process.

3.3 In the event of any damage, loss, or theft during transportation, the customer must file a claim with their own insurance company to seek appropriate compensation.
3.4 Onsite Movers and Packers will assist the customer in providing any necessary documentation or information required by their insurance company for the claim process.

4. Claims and Liability
4.1 Onsite Movers and Packers will exercise utmost care and diligence in handling your belongings. However, we cannot guarantee the safety or condition of the items during transit.
4.2 Onsite Movers and Packers will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during transportation, irrespective of the cause.
4.3 The customer agrees to release Onsite Movers and Packers from any liability and indemnify us against any claims, expenses, or costs arising from damage, loss, or theft of their belongings during transit.

5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately and clearly communicate the details of their order, including the nature, quantity, and fragility of the items being shipped.
5.2 The customer should ensure that their belongings are adequately insured before availing our services.
5.3 The customer should promptly inform Onsite Movers and Packers of any changes or updates to their order or delivery address.
